Check in was smooth like a well-cooked meth batch. Daphine is terrific, she made every step simpler and she got us sorted out with the room when there was a mix-up.
It wasn't inexpensive but good enough for the price.

The outdoor pool was awesome, and we loved catching up after visiting some fun nearby attractions. Just a heads-up, the beds were super comfy, and we had a decent amount of channels on the TV for entertainment. I'd totally recommend this place for a group trip.
On the downside, it was frustrating that housekeeping didn't clean our room during our stay, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

The room I stayed in had a clean appearance, which made a good first impression. The staff was friendly and quick to check me in. Location provided easy access to nearby dining and shopping options, which was convenient. However, the AC unit sounded like it needed maintenance, and that made it hard to sleep peacefully at night. I also faced issues with the bathroom plug. it didn't work at all, making my morning routine frustrating. Additionally, the key card for room access malfunctioned a couple of times, which was annoying. I expected more from a hotel of this standard.
